Recently, along with her son Viaan she baked Vegan Oatmeal Cookies that looked totally delicious and healthy as well. Have a look at her video:
In the video, right after baking the cookies, her son can be seen making a yummy ice cream cookie sandwich and indulging in the sweet goodness of it.
In her post, Shilpa Shetty wrote, “#sundaybinge with Son on a Sunday. Made healthy Vegan choc chip cookies today and filled it with Vanilla ice cream. Yummy!! Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich was polished in under a minute. Ps: Will post the recipe on Thursday Vegan oatchoc cookie without any refined sugar or flour.”

Ingredients
135 gms oatmeal
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp cranberries
1 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp flax seeds powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
3 bananas
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp coconut oil
Method
Mix all the ingredients in a deep mixing bowl. Grease a baking tray with coconut oil and using an ice cream scooper place the dough at an equal distance. Bake the cookies for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Your homemade Vegan Oatmeal Cookies are ready.
